James is the Director of The United Evangelical Project (UEP).
A Project based in Aston, which he founded in 1976. The aim was to meet
the social, emotional, physical and spiritual needs of people of the Handsworth
and Aston areas of Birmingham. The UEP undertakes work in the following
areas:
Supported housing for young people through Accommodation Project
Legal advice, help and guidance in a variety of areas through free
Legal Advice Service
Giving help and support to offenders, ex-offenders and their families
through Prison Link Programme

The UEP aim to improve all aspects of people's lives through our
Haven Project
Relieving the stress and strains of the impact of deprivation and
poverty is the task of Summer Camp. This annual holiday gives children
and parents a break from the pressure on family life
