Public Institutes, and the Private Sector, as to how to increase the
number of African & Caribbean entrepreneurs, manages and professionals.
- To develop a policy framework which can be applied to reviewing current
activities and developing new ones in the areas of education, enterprise,
employment and training.
- To share accountability between all partners for actions and outcomes.
- To develop a partnership to fully exploit the regional reorganisation
in government departments, to secure adequate resources for these issues.
Partners of BP4C include Council of Black Led Churches, Society of Black
Lawyers, Learning & Skills Council, and Connexions.
All objectives which arise out of these aims will be time limited, concrete
